No Breakfast

People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

Drinking Less Water

Did you knew that our brain swim in water ? 70% Of a Human Brain is water.The brain weighs about 1.5 kg. If the brain was not in a liquid and if it were directly in contact with the skull, it would be crushed under its own weight. A lack of  water may cause important damage on our brain.
